- If the shipping address provided is incorrect and IF the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a $9 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Purely And Co. LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, YOU personally must contact the United States Postal Service at (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the United States Postal Service we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE! By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Purely And Co. LLC will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.

I typed in the wrong address, can you change it?
Understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information. If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. Purely And Co. LLC is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee ($9.00) for us to send it back out to you.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package and I don't see it, what do I do?
Sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. We recommend waiting one business day to see if your package ends up arriving. If not, Purely And Co. LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and you will need to contact USPS.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted
